Here is the official website for the Battlefield Kali Instructor Certification Program:

www.battlefieldkali.com

Sarah worked very hard and did the entire site herself!  Please give us any feedback to help us improve the site.

The site looks great.  It's simple, straight forward to the point design wise in my opinion I don't see anything that needs to change.  How do you feel about a 30 sec clip with voice over giving an overview of each DVD?  I'm the type of person that likes to see a little bit about what I am buying before purchasing.  Looking forward to purchasing the DVDs.

Guro Burton what a wonderful system you have in place. I am highly impressed with your progressive stick fighting system that you have developed from your vast experiences in various arts and synthesized a system that allows one to become highly proficient under combat.

Nice website!  When I clicked on the link to "Sparring Logs," I expected to see a picture of Creighton's rattan sticks, though. Very Happy

Pretty good Jim.  I agree with all of the above.  Great looking site with a focus on making sure people can actually spar.  I also agree with Robert.  I like video clips so I can see what is taught.  Seems like a lot of times what sounds good on paper turns out to be not so good in reality.  I think people would really enjoy seeing what you actually teach.

Very funny Jim!  Thanks for the compliments everyone. Sarah worked very hard on that site and I worked for a very long time to develop the content. We have been getting GREAT feedback from those who have purchased the DVDs. It is going to be great for everyone.

Congratulations!  Very Happy

I am highly impressed by the quality and quantity of information in these dvds. The sets contain many minute details that Burton has compiled due to the sacrifices of past generations into a fully functional system that is complete in all ranges due to his strict adherence to the scientific method. As a fighter there are so many minute details that we learn but sometimes gloss over. Viewing and Revisiting these dvds then going through them with a notebook in hand is a great help and will help me focus on burning in quality reps making every movement count. Posture, footwork, etc.  The requirements for Battlefield Kali of first Fighting Ability insure the quality of people coming out of this program. The Technical Precision and Power generation portions insure one develops the multiple facets necessary for a complete fighter in all ranges. Like Brazilian jiujitsu, Battlefield Kali insures the quality of effectiveness by requiring all to prove the techniques work by putting in countless rounds of sparring. What makes Battlefield Kali effective is the clear instruction, scaled program and fighting requirements. The Battlefield Kali dvd sets are "All Fight and No Fluff".
